Earthwave Technologies, Inc. operates a construction fleet tracking service, “FleetWatcher”, available through the web: www.earthwavetech.com, login.fleetwatcher.com, mobile phones, tablets, and other consumer electronic devices. As we use it in this policy, "Earthwave" refers to Earthwave Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. We may refer to Earthwave as "we", "us", or "our". We may refer to you as “customer”, “user”, “you”, or “your”. Information We Receive or Collect From You Directly
Registration Data: When you purchase our devices/services/FleetWatcher, we ask you to provide certain information, which includes your name, email address, phone number, address, and other contact information (the "Registration Data"), and we provide a temporary password for an administrator account.

Information You Choose to Provide to Earthwave: You have the ability to provide a variety of information during your interactions with the us, such as emails you may send us, and emails or newsletters that you sign up to receive. Earthwave receives data from you whenever you provide us with any of this type of information.

User Activity: When you use the Service, we keep track of your activity, which may include the pages you use, how you interact with the site, and what you type into the fields.

Technical Information: As is true of many websites and mobile and tablet applications, Earthwave may collect certain non-personally identifiable technical information through the use of log files and servers. Web and application servers create log files automatically as part of their setup and configuration. Information in a log file may include IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, date/time stamps, MAC address, file requested, and other usage information and statistics.

Information We Receive or Collect From Devices You Use To Access The Service
Device Information: If you access and use to the Service from a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device, we may collect information about those devices. For example, our servers receive and record information about your computer and browser, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. Information Collection Technologies
Our use of Cookies: Earthwave uses a technology that is commonly known as "cookies." A cookie is a file our server writes to your hard drive that contains a small alphanumeric identifier. However, we may share your information, including personally identifiable information, in order to (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Earthwave, or the legal rights of our business partners, employees, agents, and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of FleetWatcher users or members of the public including acting in urgent circumstances; (iii) protect against fraud or risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process. Additionally, we may share your data, including any personally identifiable information, with our successor in interest in the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Sharing of Device Data: Earthwave may share information from devices you use to access the Service with its third party vendors or service providers, manufacturing or distribution partners, or other partners. We may share this information for a variety of purposes including estimating the number of unique users, security and fraud detection, debugging problems with the FleetWatcher Service, and for providing you with improved services.

Managing Your Information
To Modify Your Registration Data and Personal Information: We provide you with the ability to modify your Registration Data, which you may do so at any time through the My Company section of our Service. We generally respond to email requests within 24 hours of receiving a request, but it may take up to 3 days depending on the volume of requests we receive.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
